Just make an appointment at any of our convenient locations in the GTA. You'll enjoy the personal and attentive service you'll receive from our helpful registry consultants and store managers as they guide you through the gift selection process to create your perfect wish list.
Once your selections are made, they are computerized and accessible at all our stores. When a purchase is made, your gift selections are updated automatically and maintained in real time to prevent duplicate purchases.* Guests may purchase gifts at any of our store locations – just let family and friends know where you're registered. After your event is over, your registry will remain active for 60 days for final selections.
*Please Note: If your guests do not inform us that they are making a registry purchase, your registry will not be updated properly and gift duplication may occur.
Purchases made by your guests can be tracked by invoice number, purchase date, store, price paid and, if supplied, the guest's name. As part of our service, you will be notified automatically by e-mail as purchases are made at any of our stores. This will help you maintain accurate records and send prompt notes of thanks. Simply provide your e-mail address when you register with us.
You may review and change your gift selections at any time and as often as you wish by calling or visiting our stores. Our gift registry service is available to you at no cost so feel free to ask for ongoing assistance in adjusting your registry selections, checking on product availability or inquiring about new merchandise.
With over 10,000 unique products, our entire assortment is always changing so come in often to update your selections. Many of our hot items come and go quickly so if you want it, need it, love it - buy it now. Some of these hot deals are often only available in limited quantities and if you select them for your registry they may be gone too quickly for your guests to purchase them.

Returns are accepted on all registry purchases up to 60 days after your event date. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. No exceptions. You will receive a credit note which never expires. No cash refunds.
After your event, we will contact you to close your registry and allow you to make final purchases. As our thanks for your patronage, you will receive a one-time only 10% discount on the remaining items on your list (excluding appliances) on the day you close your registry and make final purchases.
At this time, gift registries are not available for online viewing. However, requesting a copy is easy! You can fill out the form below, or reach out on chat, with the name of the registrant and your email address, and you should receive the registry within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
